Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information 

All orders placed on jooki.com are shipped through our logistics partner ShipMonk. Packages will be delivered in 5 to 7 days of your order date depending on your location. 

 

Express Shipping

Packages sent with Express Shipping reaches their destination in 2 to 3 business day: 

  • For orders placed at 2pm EST on Monday, the package will be shipped the same day and delivered by Wednesday evening
  • For orders placed at 3pm EST on Monday, the package will be shipped the next day (Tuesday) and delivered by Thursday evening
  • For orders placed at 3pm EST on Friday, the package will be shipped the next business day (Monday) and delivered by Wednesday evening

 

When can Jooki products be returned? 

You can return your Jooki products for any reason within the first 100 days after purchase. 

 

Which products are eligible for return? 

Returns are accepted for all products purchased on jooki.com website.

Jooki only accept returns that have a valid Order Number.

 

Who covers the shipping cost for returns? 

According to our returns policy, you will cover the cost of shipping for returns and Jooki will cover the cost of shipping back to you. 

 

How do I return my Jooki product? 

Email: support@jooki.com with “RMA” and your order number in the subject line. We will send you a shipping label that specifies the carrier and the return address. 

Next, place the products inside a shipping package and put the return label provided on the outside of your returned package.  

 

Return Policy

All returns will be subject to inspection and final approval by Jooki and Muuselabs. 

Return shipping will not be refunded. 

Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
